Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart y Silva, known as the Duchess of Alba, was born in the Palacio de Liria in Madrid on the 28th of March 1926. A Spanish aristocrat, the 18th Duchess of Alba and current head of the House of Alba, she is a direct descendent of King James the 2nd of Britain.
