The Alícia Foundation (Food and Science) is the first multidisciplinary R+D+I center in cuisine, whose mission is to help us all eat properly, healthily, sustainably and pleasantly. Today it is responsible for food and health at the Fundació Catalunya-La Pedrera. After almost 20 years creating and providing rigorous knowledge to prevent, help heal and accompany the nutrition of people in their various life situations, Alícia has obtained the most prestigious awards and is the top international reference in culinary medicine.
